In accordance with Canadian Health Regulations, NO returns or exchange of Intimate Apparel. All sales are final.

This policy is upheld for the protection of all our customers and assurance that the merchandise selected is new and unused at the time of delivery. This policy also protects our employees from handling or exposing themselves to unsanitary conditions or potential STD's. Seller makes no representation or warranty of any kind, nature, or implied with respect to the merchandise.

Always double-check your size & color before placing your order.  Look at our sizing charts to help you find the correct size.

Wrong Address / Unclaimed Items / Refused or Denied / Unauthorized Returns

Please ensure that you provide us with your complete and correct address. If we ship an item and it is then returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will send your purchase again but shipping will have to be charged again.

If a package is returned to us "unclaimed" by the delivery company, we will charge additional shipping before reshipping the order.

Orders refused or denied on delivery will be charged a 25% cancellation fee PLUS any shipping or import costs we are charged for the return of the item.
