Ohlala Lingerie® carries a large amount of stock but as we are reliant on our suppliers for replenishment there may be a short delay for dispatch.

All orders are processed when paid in full within 2-5  business days, unless an item is on backorder or as per the "Shipping Time" as listed within each style detail.  Orders ship upon full payment every Monday - Friday with the exception of the observed Canadian major holidays.

Items not in stock will be back-ordered. Back orders will be cancelled if merchandise is not available after 14 days. This does not include custom orders or fashion items that are booked weeks in advance.

On rare occassions items displayed as being available have sold out or are discontinued. In the event of an item being unavailable, only the remaining items of your order will be shipped. You can log into your account at any time to obtain the order status, tracking number, and other infornation regarding your order.
