All Ohlalalingerie.com orders are shipped as soon as possible, pending credit card approval and stock availability. You may choose either Expedited, Air or Express/EMS shipping options.
Shipping rates are calculated based on carriers prices and are subject to change without notice.
All deliveries will be made according to the carrier's standard procedures. Canada Post is not processing mail on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Signature is required for all shipments. Signature option to overseas destinations is only available with EMS (not Airmail). Ohlala Lingerie is not liable for lost/stolen parcels left at your door.
Airmail:
This shipping option is available for smaller shipments with a weight of below 2kg. Airmail shipments are carried out through your local post office. Though we ship out all Airmail parcels insured and registered, there is no online tracking facility available for this service
EMS Speedpost:
EMS Speedpost is the local courier shipment solution from Canada Post, the delivery will usually take place through your local post office as well. EMS Speedpost shipments are very safe We will provide a tracking number for all EMS shipments. While there is no global tracking possibility for those shipments, customers can track their parcels online at www.canadapost.ca as long as the shipment is still in Canada and via the local delivery company once the destination country has been reached. Here are some examples of how to track EMS Speedpost shipments in some countries:

Please bear in mind that the online tracking will only work once the shipment has already reached your country, which usually happens within 1-2 days after the actual shipping date.
Courier shipment:
For most urgent shipping needs we are offering courier shipment services via Fedex. Courier shipments usually take just 1-7 days (no guarantee) to reach your door step and can be tracked online at any time. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you for your convenience after your order was sent out.
Ohlala Lingerie® is unable to give exact delivery times for shipment outside of Canada due to the differing postal services throughout the world and possible delays due to customs over which we have no control.
Customs For Orders Outside of Canada
Some countries have import duty on goods entering their country. The amount you are allowed to import varies from country to country and you are responsible for all charges that may be applied to allow your goods to leave customs. Unfortunately Ohlala Lingerie® is not able to estimate what these charges might be.
